3.37

Regarding the aforementioned ordination platform compound: it was founded during the lifetime of Amoghavajra's Upādhyāya, who gave up his robes and bowl to build it. At the time of Amoghavajra's receiving full ordination, I also made a sincere vow promising to help repair it. Amoghavajra unworthily receives the sacred favor, hoping that the jade mirror may reopen, to behold the old regulations of the Great Master and look toward the turning again of the Golden Wheel. Now, I request to establish a plaque for the Sarvāstivāda Ordination Platform Compound and select seven renowned bhadantas to expound the vinaya for monks during the four seasons, and practice the teaching of the three mysteries during the six periods of the day on behalf of the state.
