"I diligently care for the common folk and long deeply for seasonal rain. I dispatched messengers across the countryside to pray at sacred shrines everywhere, and harmonious moisture has fallen repeatedly, just at the end of the ten-day period. You, master, have long toiled in reverent purity, diligently purifying the arena; an abundant year can now be expected, which only increases my joy. I have noted your congratulations."
