閻浮提內。有十六大國八萬四千城八國王四天子。東有晉國天子人民熾盛。南有天竺國天子土地多名象。西有大秦國天子土地饒金璧玉。北有月支國天子土地好馬。八萬四千城中。六千四百種人。萬種音響。五十六萬億丘聚。魚有六千四百種。鳥有四千五百種。獸有二千四百種。樹有萬種。草有八千種。雜藥有七百四十種。雜香有四十三種。寶百二十一種。正寶七種。

Within Jambudvīpa, there are sixteen great kingdoms, 84,000 cities, eight kings, and four Sons of Heaven. To the east is the Son of Heaven of the Jin Kingdom, where the population is flourishing; to the south is the Son of Heaven of the Kingdom of India (Tianzhu), where the land has many celebrated elephants; to the west is the Son of Heaven of the Kingdom of Daqin, where the land abounds in gold, jade, and bi discs; to the north is the Son of Heaven of the Yuezhi Kingdom, where the land produces fine horses. Within the 84,000 cities, there are 6,400 races of people, 10,000 kinds of languages, and 560,000,000,000 settlements. There are 6,400 kinds of fish, 4,500 kinds of birds, 2,400 kinds of beasts, 10,000 kinds of trees, 8,000 kinds of grasses, 740 kinds of medicinal herbs, 43 kinds of mixed fragrances, 121 kinds of gems, and seven kinds of standard gems.
