時母見佛與央掘魔羅往反苦論。子心降伏縱身垂念故說偈云。
Then the mother saw the Buddha and Aṅgulimāla engaged in back-and-forth bitter debate. The son's mind was subdued; relinquishing his body, he bowed down in contemplation. Therefore she spoke a verse, saying:
