依因果經云。太子年大。父王勅下餘國。却後二月八日灌太子頂。皆可來集立為太子。勅既至已。諸國王及群臣等。至時並皆雲集。看立太子放大鴻恩。
According to the *Sūtra on Cause and Effect*: When the crown prince was grown, his royal father issued an edict to other kingdoms: "On the eighth day of the second month, the crown prince's head will be consecrated; all may assemble to install him as crown prince." Once the edict arrived, kings and ministers of various kingdoms all gathered like clouds when the time came, to watch the installation of the crown prince and the bestowing of great imperial favor.
