19.40

佛種種因緣讚歎恭敬法已。語諸比丘。從今先受大戒。乃至大須臾時。是人應先坐先受水先受飲食。

After the Buddha, by various causes and conditions, had praised the dharma of reverence, he said to the monks: 'From now on, whoever receives the full precepts earlier, even by a single muhūrta, that person should sit first, receive water first, and receive food and drink first.'
