24.37

又優婆塞戒經云。若優婆塞受持六重戒已。四十里中有講法處。不能往聽得失意罪。

Furthermore, the Upāsaka-śīla Sūtra states: “If an upāsaka, having received and maintained the six major precepts, does not go to listen when there is a place expounding the Dharma within forty li, they incur an offense of neglect.”
