24.51

愚戇作惡　不能自解　殃追自焚
罪成熾然　愚不望處　不謂適苦
臨墮厄地　乃知不善

"The foolish commit evil,
Unable to understand themselves;
Calamity pursues and burns them.
When sins mature, they blaze fiercely.
Where the fool does not expect it,
Not considering that suffering approaches,
Only when facing the fall into a dire realm
Do they know it was unwholesome."
