27.21

羅剎悔過竟送薩薄至外國。大得珍寶。又送還家。大修功德遂成道迹。故知戒力不可思議。勸諸行者堅持禁戒。還如此人立志勇猛。

Having repented, the rākṣasa escorted Sābō to the foreign land, where he obtained many rare treasures, and then escorted him back home. He extensively cultivated merit and ultimately achieved the traces of the Way. Thus we know that the power of the precepts is inconceivable. We urge all practitioners to uphold the prohibitive precepts firmly, having a valiant resolve just like this man.
