漢武帝太始四年十月。趙有蛇從郭外入。與邑中蛇鬪。孝文廟下邑中蛇死。後二年秋。有衛太子事。自趙人江充起。

In the tenth month of the fourth year of the Taishi era of Emperor Wu of the Han, a serpent in Zhao entered from outside the outer wall and fought with a serpent inside the settlement beneath the shrine of Emperor Xiaowen; the serpent inside the settlement died. Two years later, in autumn, the affair of Crown Prince Wei occurred, which arose on account of Jiang Chong, a native of Zhao.
