佛言。第二王夢見馬口食尻亦食者。此後世人作帝王及大臣。稟食縣官俸祿。復採萬民不知厭足。王夢正是。王莫恐悑。

The Buddha said: "The second dream, in which the king saw a horse eating with its mouth and also eating with its rump: this means that in future generations, those who serve as rulers and high ministers will receive stipends from the state while also plundering the myriad commoners without knowing contentment. The king's dream refers precisely to this. Great King, do not fear."
