述曰。因明洗僧遂申歎德。恐邊遠道俗不閑法用。故略明法事以標厥致耳。
Commentary: Following upon the explanation of bathing the saṃgha, I have accordingly expressed praise for its merit. Fearing that clerics and laypeople in remote areas are not familiar with the ritual practice, I have briefly explained the ritual matters to indicate its proper conduct.
