第十願使某作佛時。令我國中諸菩薩阿羅漢。皆同一心所念欲所言者預相知意。得是願乃作佛。不得是願終不作佛。
"Tenth vow: May it be that when I become a Buddha, all the bodhisattvas and arhats in my land shall share a single mind, knowing beforehand each other's thoughts, desires, and words. If I obtain this vow, only then will I become a Buddha; if I do not obtain this vow, I will never become a Buddha.
