34.81

佛告童子。西北方去此過六殑伽河沙佛之剎土。有世界名住清淨。其佛號開化菩薩如來。今現在說法。若西北方行先禮彼佛。自歸悔過淨修梵行。然後出家則無恐懼。

The Buddha told the youth: 'To the northwest, past as many Buddha-lands as the sands of six Gaṅgā Rivers, there is a world named Abiding in Purity. Its Buddha is named Tathāgata Transforming Bodhisattvas, who is now preaching the Dharma. If traveling northwest, first pay homage to that Buddha, take refuge, repent one's faults, and purely cultivate pure conduct (brahmacarya); only then go forth from the household life, and one will have no fear.'
