又十誦律云。有阿耨達池。縱廣五十由旬。繞池四邊種種菓樹。善住象王宮殿住處。有八千象以為眷屬。若轉輪聖王出於世時。八千象中最下小者。出為象寶給輪王乘。又外大海內洲有月明山。婆羅𨢘馬王宮殿住處。有八千馬以為眷屬。若輪王出於世時。八千馬中最下小者。出為馬寶給輪王乘。

Furthermore, the Sarvāstivāda-vinaya states: There is Lake Anavatapta, fifty yojanas in length and breadth. Surrounding the four sides of the lake are various fruit trees. It is the residence and palace of the elephant king Supratiṣṭhita, who has eight thousand elephants as his retinue. When a wheel-turning sage king appears in the world, the lowest and smallest among the eight thousand elephants comes forth to serve as the elephant treasure for the wheel-turning king to ride. Moreover, on an island within the outer ocean is Mount Yueming, the residence and palace of the horse king Valāhaka, who has eight thousand horses as his retinue. When a wheel-turning king appears in the world, the lowest and smallest among the eight thousand horses comes forth to serve as the horse treasure for the wheel-turning king to ride.
