又起世經云。此象馬寶於一日中暫受調伏堪任眾事。為試象馬於其晨朝日初出時。乘此象寶等周迴巡歷。遍諸海岸盡大地際。既周遍已。是轉輪王還至本宮乃進小食。

Furthermore, the Lokasthiti-sūtra states: These elephant and horse treasures, having undergone brief training within a single day, are capable of all tasks. In order to test the elephant and horse, at dawn when the sun first rises, he mounts this elephant treasure and the like, circles around on a tour, traverses all the shores of the seas, and reaches the furthest limits of the earth. Once he has circumambulated completely, this wheel-turning king returns to his original palace and only then partakes of a light meal.
