47.30

第四若於食時。若於聚落。或於城邑。先所見食不生心念。不數言說亦不悕望。所受敷具如法受畜。不求上勝。是名第四調伏之法。

"Fourth, if at mealtime, whether in a village or in a town or city, do not give rise to mental fixation on food seen previously; do not speak of it repeatedly, nor crave it; accept and keep the matting received in accordance with the Dharma, not seeking superior quality. This is called the fourth method of subduing defilements.
