又僧祇律云。佛告諸比丘。如過去世時有群雞。依棒林住。有狸侵食雄雞。唯有雌在。後有烏來覆之。共生一子。子作聲時翁說偈言。

A wildcat preyed upon and ate the rooster, leaving only the hen. Later, a crow came and mated with her, and together they gave birth to a child.
