67.8

復以聞慧。或以天眼。見放逸蟲住於頂上。若至腦門令人疾病。若至頂上令人生瘡。若至咽喉猶如蟻子滿咽喉中。若住本處病則不生。

'Furthermore, by wisdom born of hearing or by the divine eye, one sees heedlessness worms residing upon the crown of the head. If they reach the fontanelle, they cause sickness in the person; if they reach the crown, they cause sores to break out; if they reach the throat, they are like small ants filling the throat. If they remain in their original place, disease does not arise.'
