Three times during the day and three times during the night, a large copper cauldron spontaneously appears before him. If the cauldron enters the palace, the king sees it, becomes terrified, and flees outside the palace. If the cauldron goes outside the palace, the king enters the palace. A great hell warden lays the king upon hot iron, forces open his mouth with iron hooks, and pours molten copper into it, which penetrates completely from his throat downward, scorching and rotting everything. When this is finished, he returns to make merry with his court maidens. Those ministers of his who share in his karmic retribution do likewise.
