70.34

醉者為不孝　怨禍從內生
迷惑清高士　亂德敗淑貞
故吾不飲酒　慈心濟群氓
淨慧度八難　自致覺道成

The drunk are unfilial; / Enmity and disaster arise from within. / It deludes the pure and noble, / Corrupting virtue and ruining chastity. / Therefore, I do not drink alcohol; / With a compassionate heart, I deliver the multitudes. / With pure wisdom, I cross over the eight difficulties / And personally achieve the realization of the path.
