80.16

又優婆塞戒經云。佛言。菩薩布施遠離四惡。一破戒。二疑網。三邪見。四慳悋。復離五法。一施時不選有德無德。二施時不說善惡。三施時不擇種姓。四施時不輕求者。五施時不惡口罵詈。

Furthermore, the Upāsakaśīla-sūtra states: 'The Buddha said: "When a bodhisattva practices dāna, he distances himself from four evils: first, breaking the precepts; second, the net of doubt; third, wrong views; fourth, stinginess. Furthermore, he departs from five dharmas: first, when giving, not choosing between the virtuous and the non-virtuous; second, when giving, not speaking of good and bad; third, when giving, not selecting caste; fourth, when giving, not scorning the petitioner; fifth, when giving, not using harsh speech to curse and revile.'
