81.21

又地持論云。菩薩亦不以不如法食施。所謂施出家人餘殘飲食。便利洟唾膿血污食。不語不知飯及麥飯。不如法和應棄者。謂不葱食雜污不肉食不酒飲雜污。如是和合不如法者。勿以施人。

Furthermore, the Bodhisattvabhūmi-śāstra states: "A bodhisattva also does not give improper food—namely, offering to monastics leftover scraps of food; food defiled by excrement, urine, snot, spittle, pus, or blood; rice or barley meal offered without speaking or without knowing [its source]; or food improperly mixed that ought to be discarded, meaning tainted food containing onions, or tainted food containing meat or wine. Mixtures as improper as these must not be given to others."
