第十一死人間住亦有十利。一常得無常想。二常得死想。三常得不淨想。四常得一切世間不可樂想。五常得遠離一切所愛人。六常得悲心。七遠離戲調。八心常厭離。九勤行精進。十能除悑畏。

Staying among the dead, the eleventh, also has ten benefits: first, constantly attaining the notion of impermanence; second, constantly attaining the notion of death; third, constantly attaining the notion of impurity; fourth, constantly attaining the notion that all worlds are not delightful; fifth, constantly attaining detachment from all beloved persons; sixth, constantly attaining a mind of compassion; seventh, staying far away from frivolity and teasing; eighth, the mind constantly feels revulsion; ninth, diligently practicing energetic vigor; tenth, able to eliminate terror and fear.
