84.30

又月燈三昧經云。佛言。若有菩薩。住於宴坐。有十種利益。何等為十。一其心不濁。二住不放逸。三諸佛愛念。四信正覺行。五於佛智不疑。六知恩。七不謗正法。八善能防禁。九到調伏地。十證四無礙。

Furthermore, the Candrapradīpa-samādhi-sūtra says: 'The Buddha said: "If a bodhisattva abides in quiet sitting, there are ten kinds of benefits. What are the ten? First, his mind is unturbid; second, he abides in non-negligence; third, all buddhas cherish him; fourth, he has faith in the practice of saṃbodhi; fifth, he has no doubts regarding the Buddha's wisdom; sixth, he recognizes benevolence; seventh, he does not slander the saddharma; eighth, he is well able to maintain prohibitions; ninth, he arrives at the ground of subduing [the passions]; tenth, he realizes the four unhindered knowledges."'
