86.57

此之一門行者欲懺。要對三寶勝緣境前。偏袒露膞脫去巾履。女人不勞袒髆具服威儀。合掌恭敬。請一大德耆年宿邁自心敬者。先當奉請十方三寶以為良緣。故人述偈云。

In this gate, when a practitioner wishes to repent, they must do so before the superior conditions of the Three Jewels, with the right shoulder bared, removing headdress and footwear. (Women do not need to bare the shoulder, but should maintain full decorous attire.) With palms joined in reverence, invite a venerable elder of advanced years who is revered in one's own heart. First, one should invite the Three Jewels of the ten directions to serve as good conditions. Therefore, an ancient author composed a verse saying:
