述曰。有與女人授戒。不許飲乳小兒同宿。恐云破戒。又不許木牙八尺床上坐臥。令在地鋪。又不許白素木盌非時飲水。恐受膩破齋。如是種種妄行禁制。皆不合聖教。反結無知不學之罪。縱共父兄等同宿。但於戒不犯。非名破戒。

The commentary says: There are those who, when conferring the precepts upon women, do not permit nursing infants to sleep together with them, fearing they will violate the precepts; nor do they permit them to sit or lie upon eight-foot wooden-tusk beds, making them spread bedding on the ground; nor do they permit them to drink water from plain white wooden bowls at improper times, fearing that absorbing grease will break the fast. Such various arbitrary prohibitions are all not in accord with the sacred teachings, and on the contrary constitute the fault of ignorance and lack of learning. Even if one sleeps together with one's father, elder brother, and so on, as long as one does not violate the precepts, it is not called breaking the precepts.
