汝見肉拘執者。是地獄人。迦葉佛時。是出家人。以僧拘執如自己有。不依戒律。或用破壞。故入地獄。作肉拘執火燒受苦。至今不息。

"The flesh ladle you saw is a denizen of hell. In the time of Kāśyapa Buddha, he was a monastic. He treated the sangha's ladle as his own personal property, did not observe the vinaya rules, and damaged it through misuse. Therefore, he entered hell, where he became a flesh ladle burned by fire, suffering pain without respite even to this day.
