汝見第二高座法師者。是地獄人。迦葉佛時。是大法師邪命說法。得利養家如理而說。無利養時法說非法。非法說法。故入地獄。處鐵高座火燒受苦。至今不息。

The second Dharma master on a high seat whom you saw is a denizen of hell. In the time of Kāśyapa Buddha, he was a great Dharma master who preached the Dharma out of wrong livelihood (mithyājīva). At the homes of those who gave him offerings, he preached in accordance with the truth; when there were no offerings, he preached the non-Dharma as Dharma and Dharma as non-Dharma. Therefore, he entered hell, where he is placed upon an iron high seat burned by fire, suffering pain without respite even to this day.
