汝見第二拘修羅者。實非岐支。是地獄人。迦葉佛時。是出家人。作僧寺中分物維那。以春分物轉至夏分。夏分中衣物向冬分中分。故入地獄。作肉拘修羅火燒受苦。至今不息。

The second kuśūla you saw was not truly a granary; it is a denizen of hell. In the time of Kāśyapa Buddha, he was a monastic who served as the karmadāna distributing goods in the sangha's monastery. He shifted goods meant for the spring distribution to the summer distribution, and clothes and goods of the summer distribution he held back to distribute in the winter distribution. Therefore, he entered hell, where he became a flesh kuśūla burned by fire, suffering pain without respite even to this day.
