行惡感地獄　造善受天樂
若能修空定　漏盡證羅漢
歡喜受他施　三衣常知足
定慧修三業　安樂在山谷
寧食熱鐵丸　焦熱如焰火
破戒不應受　得信檀越食

"Practicing evil brings retribution in hell;
Doing good brings celestial bliss.
If one can cultivate concentration on emptiness,
With outflows exhausted, one realizes the state of an arhat.
Joyfully receiving gifts from others,
With the three robes, one is always content.
With concentration and wisdom cultivating the three karmas,
One abides in peace and joy within mountain valleys.
Better to eat hot iron pellets,
Scorching hot like blazing flames,
Than for one who breaks precepts to receive
The food of faithful dānapatis."
