悠悠玄機　茫茫至道　出入生死　孰為妙寶（其一）　自昔藥王　殊化絕倫　往聞其說　今覩斯人（其二）　英英沙門　慧定心固　凝神紫氣　表迹雙樹（其三）　其德可樂　其操可貴　文之作矣　或颺髣髴（其四）

Boundless is the profound working; / Vast is the ultimate Way. / Transcending saṃsāra, / What serves as the wondrous treasure? (Part 1) / From of old, Bhaiṣajyarāja / Had a marvelous transformation beyond compare. / Formerly hearing tell of it, / Today we behold this man. (Part 2) / Outstanding is this śramaṇa: / With wisdom and meditation, his mind was firm. / His focused spirit became purple vapor, / Manifesting signs in the twin trees. (Part 3) / His virtue is worthy of delight, / His conduct worthy of esteem. / When this writing is composed, / It may spread a faint likeness of him. (Part 4)
