2.48

"It is well that I have now come here,
Into the forest of Kośala,
To be able to see these heavenly maidens
Endowed with wondrous heavenly bodies!
Having seen them and heard their words,
I shall increase my cultivation of good karma;
By cultivating merit and virtue now,
I too shall attain birth in heaven."
