12.95

第十五中陰有者。天中命終還生天上。則無苦惱。如餘天子。命終之時愛別離苦。墮於地獄餓鬼畜生。如此天子。不失己身莊嚴之具。亦無餘天坐其本處。坐於勝天。若四天處。命終之後。生三十三天。可愛勝相。是名第十五中陰有相續道也。

Fifteenth, regarding the intermediate existence: dying in heaven and being reborn back in heaven, there is no suffering or affliction. Unlike other sons of the devas who at the time of death suffer the pain of separation from what is loved and fall into the hells, pretas, and animals, such a son of the devas does not lose his personal adornments, nor does any other deva sit in his original place; he sits in a superior heaven. If in the realm of the Four [Heavenly Kings], after death he is born in the Heaven of the Thirty-Three. [Such are the] lovely, superior signs. This is called the path of continuation of the fifteenth intermediate existence.
