復何因緣。名拘牟陀地獄。此諸眾生。地獄之中猛火焰色。如拘牟陀華。是故名為拘牟陀地獄。

Again, by what cause and condition is it called the Kumuda Hell? The color of the fierce flames in this hell of these sentient beings is like the kumuda flower; it is therefore called the Kumuda Hell.
