復何因緣。名波頭摩地獄。此諸眾生。地獄之中猛火焰色。如波頭摩華。是故名波頭摩地獄。

Again, by what cause and condition is it called the Padma Hell? The color of the fierce flames in this hell of these sentient beings is like the padma flower; it is therefore called the Padma Hell.
