19.67

又瑜伽論云。若居薄福者。當生下賤家。彼於死時及入胎時。便聞種種紛亂之聲。及自妄見。入於叢林竹葦蘆荻等中。若多福者。當生尊貴家。彼於爾時。便自聞有寂靜美妙可意音聲。及自妄見。昇宮殿等可意相見。

Furthermore, the Yogācārabhūmi-śāstra states: If one has little merit, they will be born into a base household; at the time of their death and entering the womb, they will hear various confused and disorderly sounds, and delusionally see themselves entering into thickets, groves, bamboo, reeds, rushes, and the like. If one has much merit, they will be born into a noble and honored household; at that time, they will personally hear tranquil, exquisite, and delightful sounds, and delusionally see themselves ascending palaces and the like, beholding delightful appearances.
