20.31

復以聞慧。或以天眼。見放逸蟲住於頂上。若至腦門令人疾病。若至頂上令人生瘡。若至咽喉。猶如蟻子滿咽喉中。若住本處病則不生。

Furthermore, by the wisdom acquired from hearing, or with the divine eye, one sees the worm of negligence dwelling on the crown of the head. If it reaches the bregma, it makes a person ill; if it reaches the crown of the head, it causes sores to erupt; if it reaches the throat, it is as though ants filled the entire throat. If it remains in its original place, no illness arises.
