20.32

復以聞慧。或以天眼。見六味蟲所食嗜味者我亦貪嗜。隨此味蟲。所不嗜者我亦不便。若得熱病。蟲亦先得如是熱病。以是過故。令於病人所食不美。無有食味。

Furthermore, by the wisdom acquired from hearing, or with the divine eye, one sees the worm of the six flavours. Whatever flavours it craves to consume, I also crave. Whatever this flavour-worm does not crave, I also find unsuitable. If [the person] contracts a fever, the worm also first contracts such a fever. Due to this fault, whatever the patient eats lacks deliciousness and has no taste of food.
