又僧祇律云。大小行已不用水洗。而受用僧座具床縟得罪。

Also, the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya states: “If, having relieved oneself, one does not wash with water and yet uses the seats, beds, or mattresses of the Saṅgha, one incurs an offense.”
