復有一鬼言。我常有熱鐵籠。籠絡我身燋熱懊惱。何因受此。目連答言。汝前世時。常以羅網掩捕魚鳥。故受此苦。

Yet another ghost said, 'I constantly have a hot iron cage enclosing my body, scorching hot and anguished. Why do I suffer this?' Maudgalyāyana answered, saying, 'In your past life, you constantly used nets to trap and catch fish and birds. Therefore you suffer this pain.'
