窺天（犬規反考聲窺覻也韻詮云竊見也說文小視也從穴規聲也或作闚覻音青預反）。

Peering at heaven (窺天: [窺 has] the fanqie sound quan-gui [kuī]. The Kaosheng states: 'Kui means to look at.' The Yunquan states: 'To look secretly.' The Shuowen states: 'To look in a small manner; it derives from cave (穴) with the sound gui (規).' It is also written as 闚. Xu (覻) has the fanqie sound qing-yu [qù]).
