稟正（彼品反孔注尚書云以穀賜人也說文從禾㐭聲也㐭力飲反）。

稟正 (The fanqie bi + pin [bǐng]. Kong Anguo's commentary to the Shangshu says: 'To bestow grain upon people.' The Shuowen says it is derived from hé [禾, grain] with lǐn [㐭] phonetic. 㐭 has the fanqie li + yin [lǐn]).
