爰令（上音員毛詩傳曰爰為也于也爾雅爰曰也說文引也從𠬪于聲𠬪音披表反）。

爰令 (The upper character has the sound 員. The Mao commentary on the Shijing says: '爰 means to be, or at.' The Erya says: '爰 means to say.' The Shuowen says: 'To lead or pull.' It is composed of 𠬪 with 于 as the phonetic element; 𠬪 is pronounced 披 plus 表 in fanqie).
