杻械（上抽柳反考聲云杻桎也亦作枉枷手曰杻從木丑聲下遐戒反考聲梏也韻詮云穿木枷足曰械從木戒聲也）。

“Handcuffs and fetters” (杻械: the upper character is fanqie 抽 + 柳 [chǒu]. The Kaosheng says: “杻 is a fetter (桎); it is also written 枉. Shackle for the hands is called 杻. It is composed of 木 [wood] with 丑 as phonetic.” The lower character is fanqie 遐 + 戒 [xiè]. The Kaosheng says: “It means manacles (梏).” The Yunquan says: “Perforated wood shackling the feet is called 械. It is composed of 木 [wood] with 戒 as phonetic”).
