掉悔 (pronounced with the fanqie 條曜 [tiao + yao]. The Kaosheng states: 'To stir or move.' The Shuowen states: 'To shake; formed from radical 手.' In the Zhiguan it is written with radical 心 as 悼, which is incorrect; this is an error by scribes).
