疇昔（長流反爾雅疇昔曩昔也如淳注史記云家業世世相傳曰疇考聲宿也形聲也）。
The past (疇昔: [first character pronounced] cháng-liú fan [chóu]. The Erya says: "Chóuxī means the past of old." Ru Chun's commentary on the Shiji says: "Family estates handed down from generation to generation are called chóu." The Kaosheng says: "Of old; a phono-semantic compound").
