Girdling (縈帶: the upper character is pronounced huì-yíng fan [yíng]. The Mao Commentary on the Shijing says: "Yíng means winding around." The Yunying says: "To encircle." The Kaosheng says: "To roll around." It takes mì [silk], pronounced mì, and yíng abbreviated as phonetic).
