淳僃（上常倫反孔注尚書云淳一之行也方言好也下皮媚反說文具也從人葡音被聲也今經作俻俗字訛略也）。

Pure and complete (淳僃: the upper character is pronounced cháng-lún fan [chún]. Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: "Pure refers to single-minded conduct." The Fangyan says: "Good." The lower character is pronounced pí-mèi fan [bèi]. The Shuowen says: "Complete." It takes rén [man] and pú (pronounced bèi) as phonetic. In the present sūtra it is written as 俻, which is an erroneous vulgar abbreviation).
