挑却（上體彫反考聲挑抉也音恚悅反韻詮挑撥也剔除也從手兆聲也）。
挑却 (pick out and cast aside): The upper [character] is *tiāo* (體彫反 [tʰeu]), the *Kaosheng* says: "挑 is to gouge out (抉), pronounced *huì-yuè* (恚悅反 [ʔweiᴴ-juɛt̚])." The *Yunquan* says: "挑 is to stir up (撥); to prune or remove. It takes the hand radical with 兆 as its phonetic."
